Facepunch Studios is a British video game development studio based in Walsall, England. The studio was founded in 2004 by Garry Newman, who is best known as the creator of the popular sandbox video game Garry's Mod. The studio has developed several games, including Rust, which was released in 2018, and the popular sandbox game Garry's Mod, which was released in 2006.
